Learn how to payout in Gold or to USD

The payout tab on the Curator Dashboard lets you payout your Gold sales earnings in either Gold or USD.

Please be aware that all payouts, whether made to Gold or USD are dependent on a completed & signed Developer agreement which will be sent to you via Docu-sign after you raise your 1st payout request.

For 1st time payouts we will email the Developer agreement to the email address on your Sinespace account. A note will be added to your payout request on Curator stating which email address this has been sent to and on which date. Please make sure the email address is accessible and correct; if you need to change this email, please send us a ticket via support to have the email address changed.

Once you have signed the Developer Agreement, we will start the payout process; Remember to download a copy of the signed version for your records. If you want to receive payouts in cash, please add your PayPal information to the Development Agreement.

You only need to sign the Developer Agreement one time, for subsequent payouts this is not required

Payout with Gold

To payout with Gold, you will need a minimum of 5000 Gold worth of sales on your account. You will need to enter the amount of Gold you wish to have paid out; you can choose to payout the whole amount or a specific amount, but it must be above 5000 Gold.

Please note that payout requests are processed every 14 days, at the end and in the middle of each month.

When you raise a payout request, your ticket on Curator will state; “request is pending a review”

Once your payout is processed, a note will be added to your ticket on Curator stating that the payout has been completed. Log into the Sinespace viewer and refresh your Gold amount to see your new balance.

Please remember the Gold balance is subject to the deduction of the cut to Sinespace as per your Developer Agreement.

Payout with Cash

To payout out with cash, you will need a minimum of 5000 Gold worth of sales on your account. You will need to enter the amount of Gold you wish to payout with; you can choose to pay out the whole amount or a specific amount.

You will need at least 5,000 Gold equivalent sales to do a payout (approx. $35 after our 30% cut and transaction fees).

When you raise a payout request your ticket on Curator will state; “request is pending a review”. Once it is reviewed we will start the payout process.

All our cash payouts are made using PayPal.

When the payment has been made, you will see a note on Curator stating the payout is completed. Please check your PayPal account to see the amount added.

A statement/invoice will also be emailed to you, this shows the payout deductions and depending on where in the world you are, it will have the relevant TAX/VAT added.
